A seamless process from referral to discharge:
We welcome referrals from Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurers either directly from the case manager or through their treating providers. All of our programs are run in accordance with governing bodies and regulatory frameworks. Our tertiary qualified Exercise Physiologists work in close collaboration with the insurers and other stakeholders to ensure that treatment and return to work goals are met.
What you can expect from healthmarq:
- Referrals to be acknowledged within 24 hours
- Regular and timely communication with all parties
- Medical Case Conferencing face to face or via telehealth when required
- Travel charged only one way
- Billing is as per Gazetted rates
