Megan is the National General Manager at Healthmarq, where she leads national operations, team development and strategic growth. Since joining Healthmarq in 2018 as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Megan has progressed through several roles, gaining a strong understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of the business. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee wellbeing, while building high-performing teams that deliver quality outcomes for clients across compensable schemes. Outside of work Megan keeps active playing AFL, scuba diving or hiking with her dog.

Liam is a State Manager and Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Healthmarq, supporting teams across ACT, SA and WA. He began his career in 2020 and has since progressed into leadership, focusing on building strong teams and consistent service delivery, joining Healthmarq in 2022. Working within the personal injury and insurance space since 2021, he brings both clinical and operational insight to his role. Liam is known for being personable, practical and solutions focused, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and team support. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time in nature, and planning travel adventures.

Samuel is the Team Leader for NSW and clinically works as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He has been with Healthmarq since 2025 and has had several years of experience supporting clients with their rehabilitation goals, with a wealth of knowledge in return-to-work/CTP, chronic disease management, and making long-term outcomes. He is passionate about all things clinical and believes the most important part of someone’s journey is making sure they move confidently, and have the skills and tools needed to reach their goals. Sam is known for his professionalism, clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and client-centred approach that focuses on education and empowerment. Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing games, exercising, spending time with his wife, and upskilling his knowledge in the exercise physiology world.

Peter is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a career spanning across occupational health since 2004. He has been a part of the Healthmarq team since 2025 as QLD State Manager. He has not only worked in a clinical setting, but has progressed into various management settings and has led multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, compliance and business growth in both corporate and rehabilitation settings. Peter values a collaborative and problem-solving approach to delivering practical interventions. Outside of work, he enjoys sport, being heavily involved with elite touch football and spending time with family and friends.

Aline is a Client Relationship Manger at Healthmarq and has been working with us since 2020. She enjoys planning strategic business growth driven by new initiatives and innovative services developed within Healthmarq. With a passion for creativity and connection, Aline also brings a sense of fun to her work by developing engaging, educational and collaborative events designed to promote Healthmarq and increase awareness of the business within the wider community. Outside of work, Aline loves travelling with her family and spending days at the beach!

Harry is the Client Relationship Manager at Healthmarq and has been with us since 2020. He works closely with medical practices and stakeholders across the Workers’ Compensation and CTP space. With over 20 years of experience in client relationships and business development, he has a strong focus on building partnerships that improve patient outcomes while supporting practice efficiency. He is known for his relationship-driven approach, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with family, following business ventures, reading, and listening to a wide range of podcasts.

Sophie is one of our Business Support Leads and has been with Healthmarq since 2025. She enjoys making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible while supporting the treating team and is always looking for ways to improve processes in any way, shape, or form possible. Sophie has a strong motivation and finds value in working collaboratively with teams at Healthmarq. She is always ready to answer any questions or queries clients may have for assurance. Outside of work she finds herself a lot of the time at Crossfit, the gym, doing nails, and spending quality time with friends.

Jessica is one of our Business Support Leads and has been part of the Healthmarq team since 2023. With a background in hospitality, she’s seamlessly adapted to a new environment while working alongside a wonderful group of people. Often the first friendly voice you hear when calling the office, she’s always ready to answer questions and point you in the right direction. Jessica loves being part of a team that makes work fun, motivating, and rewarding. She’s also known for bringing homemade sweet treats to share with the office. Always happy to help colleagues across the country, Jessica tackles everything from quick questions to tricky funding issues.

Reyen is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been working at Healthmarq since 2025, working to deliver improved health and functional outcomes for those suffering from musculoskeletal and mental health complications. Reyen is a communication and empathy driven practitioner, aiming to assist clients with improving confidence in their skills and helping them return to the lives they want to live. Outside of treatment Reyen is a sporting and activity aficionado, competing in badminton, football, tennis, and golf along with spontaneous hikes, runs, and strength training.

Phoebe has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who joined Healthmarq in 2025 and has experience supporting individuals on the NDIS and recovering from workplace compensable injuries. She enjoys supporting her client’s journey in regaining confidence and helping them achieve their goals for long-term independence. She also values team collaboration with stakeholders in order to assist her clients in improving their functional capacity and regaining their self-efficacy. Phoebe supports her client through a client-centred approach, in order that they will benefit the most from their treatment. Outside of work time, Phoebe enjoys doing Physie, spending time outdoors and exploring new cafes or matcha spots.

Justin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been working at Healthmarq since 2025. He specialises in chronic metabolic and musculoskeletal conditions, supporting clients with Work Cover, motor vehicle accident, and Medicare claims. Justin finds it most rewarding to help clients gradually return to the activities and hobbies they love, ensuring treatment is meaningful and value-based. He takes a client-centred approach with a strong focus on education and empowerment, while also encouraging clients to be challenged appropriately to achieve optimal outcomes. Outside of work, Justin enjoys gaming, going to the gym, and spending time with friends.

Beau is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Healthmarq and has been working with us since 2025. Beau brings a passion for helping people take control of their health through movement and education. He takes a person-centered approach, ensuring each program is tailored to the individual’s goals, capacity, and circumstances. He focuses on building confidence and self-management through realistic exercise recommendations and meaningful education. His clinical interests include chronic pain, lower limb musculoskeletal injuries, fall prevention and diabetes and osteoarthritis management. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Beau on the beach volleyball court, despite living in the only state without a beach!

Tim is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who joined Healthmarq in 2024 and is passionate about complex musculoskeletal injuries, as well as supporting clients with persistent pain and mental health challenges. He applies a biopsychosocial approach, focusing on improving self-efficacy through graded movement and education. He enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate functional recovery and achieve meaningful return-to-work outcomes. Tim is an introvert by nature but approachable and empathetic, prioritizing attentive listening and building a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and can often be found in the gym or in the garage working on rusty cars.

Danijela is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been working for Healthmarq since 2024. Since joining Healthmarq she has been committed to delivering high-quality patient centred care. Her areas of interest include cardiac and lower limb rehabilitation. Danijela is passionate about improving functional outcomes and values collaborative teamwork. She is known for building strong relationships through clear communication and dedication. Outside of work she is a fourth Dan black belt in Taekwondo, a passionate and proud supporter of the Brisbane Broncos, and enjoys staying active hiking trails with friends.

Todd is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Healthmarq since 2025, graduating with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science. He has experience supporting individuals recovering from workplace and compensable injuries, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and functional return-to-work outcomes. Todd has a natural ability to build rapport and meaningful conversation, helping clients feel comfortable, understood and engaged throughout their rehabilitation journey. He values collaborative, goal-focused care and aims to empower long-term self-management through education and exercise. Outside of work, Todd enjoys both watching and playing Aussie rules football, as well as strength training and spending time at the beach.

Brian is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Healthmarq since 2023 and works with individuals recovering from workplace and compensable injuries. Since graduating in Clinical Exercise Physiology, he has developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and helping clients rebuild confidence with movement after injury. Brian focuses on practical, goal-based exercise programs that support safe and sustainable return to work outcomes. He values clear communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and empowering clients through education. Outside of work, Brian enjoys strength training and powerlifting and is actively involved in coaching at the Adelaide University Powerlifting Club and hunting new food spots.

Tyler is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been working with Healthmarq since 2026. He has experience supporting individuals recovering from workplace injuries and those managing cardiometabolic conditions, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. He enjoys working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to create goal-focused rehabilitation plans and return to work outcomes, empowering future self-management, with a passion for progressive exercise programs and training. Outside of work, Tyler plays and enjoys football and basketball and watches most other sports.

Theo is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and has been with Healthmarq since 2024. With a strong interest in injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, psychological injury, and improving functional capacity through evidence-based exercise. He works closely with individuals to achieve their rehabilitation goals and overcome barriers throughout the recovery process, helping restore mobility, strength, and confidence in movement. Theo is passionate about developing tools and strategies to support long-term injury self-management and the ongoing management of mental health. Outside of work, Theo can be found in the gym, trying out new restaurants, playing tennis, going fishing, camping and relaxing at the beach.

Jyn is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been working for the past 5 years, coming to Healthmarq since 2025. He has years of experience working within the NDIS sector specializing in neurological disorders and also with private clients mainly with sporting injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. With working in the worker's compensation sector this year, he has found an interest in supporting his patients recovery journeys following an injury. Jyn believes that by providing a supportive environment, this can help build one's self-confidence for long-term management and wellbeing. Outside of work, Jyn enjoys going to the gym, playing soccer, going for runs and exploring new cafes with his partner.

Bianca is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Pilates Instructor who joined Healthmarq in 2025. Bianca has worked with a range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and metabolic presentations and has a strong interest in paediatric exercise physiology and has extensive experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, GDD and CP to help build fundamental movement skills, strength and confidence with movement. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys staying active through Pilates (both mat and reformer) and strength training, as well as coastal walks with a podcast in her ears and a nice coffee, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and supporting individuals recovering from injuries and is passionate about helping clients rebuild confidence in movement and return to activities. Sam takes a client-centred approach, working closely with clients and stakeholders to develop practical, goal-focused rehabilitation plans that support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. He places a strong emphasis on education, and communication empowering clients with the knowledge and tools to manage their recovery. Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time at the beach, discovering new coffee spots, and spending time with family and friends.

Adrian is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a primary focus on comprehensive injury management and a specialized interest in optimising athletic performance. He has been with the Healthmarq team since 2025 and has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between clinical rehabilitation and high-level conditioning. He finds value in helping clients regain their confidence and belief in their own capabilities to then watch them transition from a state of limitation to regaining full function drives his practice every day. Outside of work, his ‘undying passion” is fishing and being out on the water, saying that it’s the perfect way to recharge and stay balanced.
